Rebecca has been built her career in the outdoors for over a decade now. Her background and formal training focuses on understanding and navigating comfort zones, facilitating growth, and mitigating risk in challenging environments. She has a wide breath of experience under her belt: outdoor adventure and educational guide, camp director of operations, Sea kayak guide (SKGABC), and boat captain (SVOP/MED3) just to name a few. Rebecca is also a proud graduate of Capilano Universities Outdoor Recreation Management program.

In her most recent years Rebecca has shifted her focus from guiding people to handling dogs. She has worked at couple of the established boarding and day care facilities in the Sea to Sky region, where she gained thousands of hours of experience managing large and diverse packs. She also has worked along side stock dogs on an active farm, where she further developed her understanding and appreciation for working and herding breeds.

Rebecca had enrolled in a dog training certification course, but it was not in true alignment with her values as an outdoor leader. Thus she has temporarily shifted away from the “trainer” goal, and back to her roots of outdoor leadership. For now her primary services focus on providing regulation for dogs, through structured trail adventures. She will still continue to offer guidance to owners who are struggling to understand their dogs behaviour and mindset, as best as she can within her means.
